InterAccess is a public gallery, teaching facility and production space, located at 9 Ossington Avenue, which focuses exclusively on electronic media art such as video, robotics, generative and interactive art, sound art and networked art. Come to the Toronto Reference Library to meet artists from InterAccess and learn more about the gallery's projects, workshops, exhibitions and production facilities.
Mitchell Chan is the Education Coordinator at InterAccess, an active new media artist, as well as the co-founder of Studio F Minus, a public art firm. Mitchell will will demonstrate microcontrollers using a project that connects a keyboard to handbells and will present some interactive art installations.
Nicholas Stedman, a creative technologist, designs and builds electronic products, from artwork to robots. His work has been exhibited at art festivals, science centres, and various media outlets. Nicholas is the co-founder of Motiph, and he will demonstrate the “smart” motor he created, called the Moti, as well as other interesting gadgets.
