Sign Language Interpretation for Library Programs
A valuable service offered by the Toronto Public Library that often goes unnoticed is Sign Language Interpretation for library programs. This service is available for adult, children, and teen programs offered at any Toronto Public Library branch. If you require, or would prefer sign language interpretation to participate in a library program, all you need to do is book the service at least two weeks prior to the program you want to attend. Booking the service can be done through your local branch, or by calling 416-393-7100 (teletypewriter only).

I rather print out this form, fill it out and hand it over at my local library for review. It’s way much easier for me to provide details. So how come this form wasn’t mentioned?

Thanks for your comment. The form was not mentioned because it is intended to be filled out by library staff when a customer requests the sign language interpretation service through their local branch. However, if you find it easier to fill out the form yourself, then it is possible that other customers might prefer that option as well so thanks for posting the link to the application form.
