Want to start your business but don’t know how?
Are you thinking about starting a business but worrying about your prospects for success? Are you already in a business but struggling?
Running from April 18 to June 6, every Thursday, 6:30-9:30, Agincourt Branch is hosting Business Inc. seminar series through which you can learn from professionals on how to plan or update your business plan and access valuable business resources including research, advisory and networking. Here is an outline of the eight seminar modules:
- Taking the leap to entrepreneurship
- Market research for your business
- Resources for researching your business
- Developing a powerful marketing strategy
- Creating an operating framework for success
- Building blocks for financial management
- Financing for business growth
- Making your pitch
The Business Inc. seminar program is a three-way partnership between Toronto Public Library, The City of Toronto and Toronto Business Development Centre. The program normally costs $700 but, thanks to the generous support of the Toronto Public Library Foundation, we are offering the full
program for only $100 plus HST. All applications received by the deadline (March 28, 2013) will be reviewed and 20 will be selected to participate.
