Want to learn more about the Chinese culture in Toronto? Have you always wondered what the history is behind your favourite Chinese dish? We'll be celebrating the month with a feature presentation by author Arlene Chan

Retired Toronto Public Librarian, Arlene Chan, launched her writing career in 1997 with The Spirit of the Dragon: The Story of Jean Lumb, a Proud Chinese Canadian.
