Peter Robinson wins Harbourfront Festival Prize
Crime writer Peter Robinson has won'the 2010 Harbourfront Festival Prize, it was announced ear
lier today. This award honours those writers who have made a significant contribution to the literary world. In addition to his writing, Robinson was praised for supporting and nurturing young writers.
Robinson is the author of the popular Inspector Alan Banks Mystery Series. The 19th book in the series, Bad Boy was released in Canada earlier this month. It is also available in a large print edition.
The prize will be presented at a gala on October 30, the final night of the International Festival of Authors.
