Last night, 
Book Buzz welcomed award winning author Alison Pick for an online chat. Her novel, Far to Go, won'the Helen and Stan Vine Canadian Jewish Book Award and was longlisted for the Man Booker Prize. Based on Pick's family history, the novel tells the story of the Bauer family whose lives are turned upside down by the arrival of German forces in Czechoslovakia in 1939.
She was a terrific guest, allowing us to get a peek inside the creative process.
