June 16-22 is Ontario Wine Week created by the provincial government to celebrate the wine produced in Ontario's four wine regions but what is wine without food?

In Simply in Season: 12 Months of Wine Country Cooking, Chef Tony de Luca takes his inspiration from the Niagara Wine Region where he has made his home for over a decade. Arranged in calendar format, each chapter is devoted to a different month; the recipes are based on ingredients available in the region during the month.
