The RMS Lusitania was sunk on May 7, 1905. This month we’ll be discussing two books about the ship. Dead Wake by Erik Larson is a non-fiction book about the voyage and the geopolitical issues of the time period. Larson has produced a compelling book using letters and diaries from key figures. In The Glass Ocean by Beatriz Williams, Lauren Willig and Karen White three women–2 in the past and 1 in the present are connected through the doomed ocean liner.
