Seminar 1: Introductory Supplier Information
This seminar provides information on how the Government does its buying, what it buys, how to register your business in supplier registration databases, how to promote yourself and how to find bidding opportunities.

Seminar 2: Bidding on Opportunities
This seminar provides advice and guidance on preparing a proposal, on requirements of a Request for Proposal (RFP), how bids are evaluated and how businesses should respond to an RFP.

Seminar 3: Understanding SELECT
SELECT is an on-line registration database of approved suppliers who are qualified to perform speciality construction, or architectural and engineering consulting services. It is the tool Public Works and Government Services Canada uses to identify potential suppliers and individuals for low dollar value requirements.
Time: 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
