November is Financial Literacy Month.  It is a campaign done yearly to educate everyone on how to become better at managing and taking control of your financial future.  This includes children, who learn from observing their paren'ts and siblings.

Want to learn more about how to help your children become better at managing their money now and as adults?  Check out this publication entitled Money and Youth: A guide to financial literacy prepared by the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education and Investors Group.

Why not attend the upcoming free program at North York Central Library, sponsored by the Business Department entitled: Are You a Good Financial Role Model For Your Children?

Join us as a speaker from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada will help you learn how to teach your children about money.

When: Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Where: North York Central Library Auditorium.

Please phone the Business Department at 416-395-5613 to register.

And why not check out a few books while at the library?
