Questions about Homework?
Last year, we had several volunteer tutors from the University of Toronto come in once a week to offer homework help to younger students on a number of different school subjects. This year, we rebooted this popular program, with our first session taking place yesterday afternoon in our Teen Zone.

We had about 25 students, in grades ranging from 2 – 12, teamed up with our volunteers to make sure they started their school year off strong.

Cedarbrae's homework help club is held on Wednesdays from 4:00 – 5:30 PM on the second floor, in the Teen Zone. We do have a number of students already registered, so if you do drop in at this time, please be patient as our volunteers will be working hard to try and help everyone.

If you can manage another spot in Scarborough, you may also want to check out the Monday afternoon homework help club offered at the Malvern Branch, also beginning at 4 PM. Please speak to a librarian at Malvern for more information about their session and availability. Just note that the Malvern Homework Help is for students in grades 7-12.

Good luck!
