Content problems
- Account content loads extremely slowly (or may not load at all) if you have magazines checked out or fines for magazines on your account.
- The account doesn’t refresh automatically. If you have been signed in for a long period of time, the content you’re seeing may no longer be up to date. Refresh your browser to ensure you’re seeing the current status of items.
- The “Book” default image displays for magazines.
- Non-holdable DVDs do not display a reason why they can’t be renewed.
Browser problems
- There are significant problems using the account in Internet Explorer.
- You may also encounter problems when using older versions of Firefox, Safari, and the Android browser.
