How to send account feedback

We always appreciate receiving feedback about the library’s online account interface. If you have comments about the design or functionality, suggestions for improvement, or reports of technical problems, please email us at:

feedback@torontopubliclibrary.ca

If you’re reporting a problem, it helps to include the following information:

  • Your library card number
  • Information about your device and browser
  • As much detail as possible about what happened when you encountered the problem – the steps you took, messages on the screen, etc.

It also helps if you include a screenshot.

Other types of feedback

Use the options on the library’s main Contact Us page if:

  • You think you have returned an item that is still listed in your checkouts
  • You have a question about overdue fines or other charges
  • You have feedback about aspects of library service other than the online account

Old account

We know some people prefer to use the older version of the account, and it is still available. You can access the old account from the top of the new account screen or by going directly to www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/oldaccount.
