  1. My name is Janet Stobie. I have tried over and over to upload the registration form and my novel. I have tried using both epub and pdf forms of my novel and neither will upload. What am I doing wrong? I am this close to the deadline because I paid to have the manuscript in epub form for this contest. I had already tried the pdf document. I hope you can help. Thank you. 2. It is Janet Stobie again. I received an email from Wendy telling me the contest closed on April 31st. yet on your website it says May 31st. Wendy also suggested trying a new browser. I have tried both Chrome and internet explorer. I have contacted the professional who prepared my epub file, Maureen Cutajar. She assures me the epub file is fine. I recontacted Wendy about the closure of the contest and asked what to do. I received an email saying she is out of the office until June 5 which is not helpful. This has been most frustrating. Please help me. Blessings Janet Stobie

  3. Hi Janet, Wendy here again. You’re right – I looked at the Ontario Author Project page, and it does say May 31st. The contest is not organized by the library, so there must have been some crossed wires about the dates. The good news is, there’s still time to sort this out!
I’m currently on vacation, but I recognize how frustrating this must be for you, so I’m trying to help. As I said I would in my email, I have forwarded your questions to the organizers of the contest, and am awaiting their reply. I will get back to you as soon as I hear from them. Thanks for your patience.
