If you ever wanted to learn more about the art of Robotics, then this Thursday join us at the Toronto Reference Library for the Digital Innovation Hub's first of many "Monthly Meetups".  This week Alex Kung, from the R2D2 Builders Group, showcases his own life-size R2D2 creation and shares his thoughts and lessons learned on robotics.

Program is in the Toronto Reference Library Atrium and starts at 7:00 p.m.

  1. Cool! Looks like R2D2 just stepped off the spaceship for a little StarWars promotion tour for the next movie deal. What an opportunity to understand the how to do it from the builder Alex Kung and share advice for ideas on how to start making our own robotic project. Maybe R2D2 can show off his stuff too ! Does anyone speak R2D2 ?? Check it out this Thursday, January 23,2014 7PM at the Toronto Reference Library .. for a famous droid experience that is out of this world! Enjoy!
