Managing Diabetes: Eating and Exercise Tips for Health
Come to a free program at the North York Central Library, Room 2/3 on Monday January 10, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. to learn about how to prevent or manage diabetes and other chronic illnesses through a healthy diet, a healthy weight and a regular exercise program with personal trainer and lifestyle coach Leehe Lev.
