After a long hibernation period (also known as winter), it can be hard to get moving again. But now that it's warm outside and the days are longer, there are a wide range of ways to get fit. If you're an older adult and would like to hear some ideas from a wellness expert at the Bernard Betel Centre, come to North York Central Library on Tuesday June 23 at 2 p.m.

After the program, come to the auditorium for the Seniors' Discovery Fair. Or, if you are already active and interested in learning how to get around safely, a presentation by Toronto Public Health about iNavigait will take place in room 2/3.
