A Happy Employee Will Reward the Company Handsomely!
Every year, different lists of the best companies to work for, are published. The Toronto Star publishes an annual Top 50 GTA Employers. This year's edition was published in the Friday, June 18 edition. What do these companies have in common? Well, their employees say very positive things about their company, feel engaged and eager to be part of their organization, and are inspired by their company's leadership, and what the company is doing for their employees and customers. It is a two-way street, if the company values the employees, such employees will reward the company.
