Mentors
Gilligan's Island was one of my childhood favourites. Do you remember the episode when Mary Ann, Ginger and Mrs. Howell performed on a homemade stage on the island – they sang, "I need you, like the flowers need the rain. I need you, like zombies need brains. I need you, like a witch needs a hat…"
Do we need mentors? You bet! But mentors, especially good mentors, are hard to find – mostly because they are very busy and have many things on the go simultaneously.
