What’s New in Career Cruising?
Career Cruising, an interactive career guidance electronic resource that the Toronto Public Library subscribes to, has some enhanced sections in the database. This database has in-depth profiles of a wide variety of careers, unversities and colleges.
Once you login to the database, select the heading, Employment in the blue tabs on the left. Then you can explore the information provided – resumes, letter writing, interview skills, job offers and on the job tips are covered.
Have a look at this gem! It's available anywhere that you have Internet access, provided you use your valid Toronto Public Library card. A bonus: it's also available in French! Ooh, la, la!
