To Be An Electrician
According to Employment Ontario, "electricians (except industrial and power system) lay out, assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in buildings and other structures".
Employment prospects are expected to be good from 2009 – 2013 with many job openings resulting from workers retiring in this field. Also, changes to technology will require workers who are familiar with the new and more complex wiring systems.

We’ve entered a new world, where college degrees no longer guarantee a good job, and the skilled trades are short staffed. Never been a better time for young people to consider learning a trade.
