I often get asked by job seekers what are the best job and career websites, blogs and resources to read.  Of course I always recommend reading Toronto Public Library's Career & Job Search Help blog; but if you would like further options there are quite a number of very informative sites out there. There are a few that I often read and are my go to blog sites when I need some inspiration on topics to blog about from seasoned professionals in the field.

Having said that, maneuvering your career or even transitioning into another requires careful planning and research. Job seekers often turn to recruiting and HR specialists , business experts, and well-known authors to help them get started in the right direction. Whether it is the latest advice in career development, industry and job search trends, curated content from experts or some good old-fashioned career advice, bookmarking these sites may be useful for those in job search mode.

  3. People who want to build a good career in future always emphasize on those careers that have a good potential in future. The field of higher education is one such sector that is never going to fade away no matter what the market is like. Hence a large number of people nowadays are opting for a career in higher education. It is to be kept in mind that there are many opportunities in higher education and so a job seeker should be careful enough while making a choice of a career in this sector.
