Living Well
Often as paren'ts we are looking for books that promote certain topics or explores specific ideas. During the month of November, Toronto Public Library will be promoting books for living well. The following books have been suggested as great reads for children and families to promote healthy choices in our lifestyles, eating habits and general well-being.
What’s So Yummy?: All About Eating Well and Feeling Good

It’s All in Your Head: A Guide to Your Brilliant Brain

Using a highly appealing illustrated format, this book explores the senses, emotions, memory and thinking including interesting activities that relate to stimulating different parts of the brain.
