Celebrated annually since the 1990s, Asian Heritage Month is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the achievements and contributions of Canadians of Asian backgrounds. For 2018, the theme of the government of Canada’s Asian Heritage Month campaign is “Passing it forward: Culture through the generations.”

Consider visiting one of Toronto's many museums and galleries to learn more about Asian art and history. Whether it be traditional artwork, handicrafts or artefacts, there's something interesting for everyone.
