A Celebration of Public Art at Fort York Branch
On Tuesday, September 23, special guests Charles Pachter and Poet Laureate George Elliot Clarke joined Toronto Public Library to celebrate the new public art installation on the west façade of Fort York Branch; a unique collaboration between visual artist Charles Pachter and poet Margaret Atwood.
