Possible website disruptions due to network maintenance
UPDATE: As of Monday, November 22 the network and dependent services should now all be back to normal. Thanks again for your patience.
As of Friday, November 19 we continue to experience network issues. We will be performing maintenance beginning at 8:00 PM tonight that may result in the disruption or unavailability of some or all of our web-based services, including Your Account.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work on resolving the problems.

I have been trying to sign in to the library today without success. I assume that you are still having network problems. I seem to be able to connect with the library site without difficulty but I cannot sign in and view my account.

December 16th – i can’t get into my account – directed here to report it – but doesn’t really seem to be a place to report it – i find that frustrating.
don’t direct us to a page with out of date information – just put a note that says sorry we’re having trouble come back later – otherwise you’re just wasting my time.

I’ve been trying to sign in to my account but getting an error message. The site comes up okay just can’t get to my account…..are you still doing maintenance or are there other problems??
I am able to reach the library’s website but not able to login to my account and see my information. Yesterday was fine but as of this morning not so much.

why are the toronto public libraries computers so slow. it takes 5 to 7 mins. to get onto hotmail. this is going on for over two years now. they just don’t care at all. if you are going to have a service, then have it run right. or just don’t have the service at all. i have given up on this. i will do everything in my power to make sure that they do service cuts to the libraries in toronto. they are all lazy and uesless. goodbye to those jobs. bye bye.
