Sexy vegan cookbook, by Brian Patton. Besides, eating a whole foods, plant-based diet lowers your cholesterol and helps open up ALL your arteries. 😉

I have never quite understood the use case for cookbooks at the library. Borrowing a book for three to nine weeks that you have to keep pristine for the next borrower seems rather at odds with real-world kitchens.
