Mount Dennis – Renovation Progress
We would like to share a few more pictures from the Mount Dennis branch renovation to update you on the progress. These pictures were taken at the end of May.
This is what has been uncovered on the south wall of the upper level of the branch. Just discard the piles of bricks and imagine a future "living room" area with a cosy fireplace.
On the same wall as the fireplace, the south wall, two large openings were created for windows to the planned reading garden. A separate door will lead there.
This will be Mount Dennis reading garden, a future small oasis of peace for the outdoor reading pleasures.
Here you see the lower level of the building. With the removal of side corridors and small rooms this became a really large space.
Do you remember this? One of the last glimpses at the old Mount Dennis branch interior.
The steel frame is almost complete and now they are doing major work on the roof.
Hope you enjoyed these pictures.
We will post more soon!

Use wall-mounted lighting fixtures instead of floor lamps. If you can afford it, replace your old, boxy TV set with a flat-screen unit, and mount it on your wall.
