Family Law and you
As a newcomer, you may want to know what the laws of Canada do not permit or what rights and responsibilities you have under family law. The workshop What you need to know about Family Law in Canada will answer any questions you have. The workshop will provide information on:
- knowing your rights as a woman
- recent changes in the law
- child custody
The workshop is at Bloor/Gladstone Branch on Friday May 28, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Settlement Workers will be available to offer interpretation in Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese.
