We’re Hiring an Environmentalist in Residence!

Toronto Public Library is hiring its first-ever Environmentalist in Residence (EnvIR)

Individuals with experience in the area of environmental conservation and sustainability, who are passionate about teaching, engaging with communities, and inspiring people to 'green' their world are encouraged to apply. 

The EnvIR program is part of Our Fragile Planet, a program series dedicated to raising awareness about the state of our planet and how we can protect our communities and beyond.

The 10-week residency will take place from June 4 to August 11, 2018, at two branches in the city — Albion and Scarborough Civic Centre. The EnvIR will share their expertise through programs, workshops, and engage with local organizations. 

The residency and the Our Fragile Planet program series are generously supported by the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation
