Pop-Up COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
In partnership with community health agencies, Toronto Public Library is hosting a vaccination clinic at Goldhawk Park branch on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
What you need to know:
- Tickets will be provided for same-day appointments starting on the day of the pop-up on a first come, first served basis
- Vaccines will be offered to anyone currently meeting eligibility criteria (12+), and living or working in Scarborough
- Type of vaccine available: Pfizer (first dose only)
What you need to bring:
- Must provide proof of employment in Scarborough or address (e.g. driver’s license or utility bill)
- Health card or government-issued ID, if you have one
- If you are eligible and would like more information about the vaccines, visit the City of Toronto’s website.

Date and time: Saturday, May 29, 9 am to 5 pm
Eligibility: anyone living or working in Scarborough
Community partners: Scarborough Health Network and Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association
