The very mention of the word "casino" seems to bring out opinions in just about everyone. Toronto is currently looking at putting a large-scale emporium somewhere in downtown Toronto to increase revenues and encourage economic development.

The Toronto Reference Library has all kinds of information on casinos (defined as a building or room used for social amusements; specifically : one used for gambling and gaming).
