Library Board Meetings
All meetings on Mondays unless otherwise indicated.
Effective May 24, 2022, all meetings will take place via Webex, teleconference and in-person, as noted below:
- Board members will have the option to attend meetings in-person at the Toronto Reference Library,
Executive Boardroom or virtually, via Webex. Members of the public will also be able to choose to attend
and make deputations either in person or virtually. Masking and physical distancing measures for the
public will be aligned with provincial health and safety guidance. Participants attending meetings
virtually will continue to do so using Webex. - Board Meetings will be recorded and published online for public viewing after meetings have ended.
Members of the public, Board members and staff attending the meeting in-person may appear in the live
stream and audio and video archives. Any members of the public who make a presentation to the Board will
appear in the live stream and video recording of the meeting.
