Summer’s End

Whether the thought of summer's end makes you euphoric or melancholy, it is inevitable.  And since there are 3  weeks of summer left, scientifically only,  let me give you some ideas for picking up the pace in the fall.  Here are just a few suggestions from the TRL programming schedule to get you thinking:

The Treehouse Talks series launches at Toronto Reference Library on Friday, Sept. 9 at 6:30 pm.  Look for these bursts of energy to end your busy week with vibrant and free-flowing exchange of ideas. .

Thought Exchange has a truly eclectic line-up this fall, including  Celebrated and Notorious Women of the Victorian EraThe Polar Explorer, and International Aid.  This interesting series offers free lectures in day and evening time slots.  No registration is required. 

And it's never too late to sharpen your research skills.  How about taking "Biographical Research for Ontario Genealogists" or Locating Reliable Health Information on the Internet.
