Toronto Public Library Invites Artists to Exhibit

TORONTO (Monday, February 8, 2010) – Toronto Public Library invites artists to submit their work for possible exhibition at 12 Toronto Public Library branch locations (Don Mills, Fairview, Leaside, North York Central Library, Northern District, Oakwood Village Library and Arts Centre, Pleasant View, Richview, Runnymede, S. Walter Stewart, Woodside Square and Yorkville) during the July 2010 to June 2011 exhibit season.

An Art Selection Committee will consider works prepared for hanging in all media, including photography (no sculptures).  Selected artists will be given one-month showings.  Depending on response, some artists may be asked to exhibit more than once.
