Not all listed issues will make their way to the public version. Assuming we are publishing a public version now, the ones that will be considered to be included to the public release ntoes are in bold. (I am using this as an exercise to set the tone and scope for the public version).

  • Data issues
    1. Catalogue error: caught some records which have items available at branches but still with call numbers started with “XX” (for on order items)
  • Style changes
    1. Fixed homepage new title zone for Adult Fiction to correct styles in IE7
  • Content change
    1. Opening hours updated for Cedarbrae and Bendale
    2. Updated meeting room information for Cedarbrae
    3. Opening hours updated for Parliament
    4. Added TPLB meeting documents
    5. Posted Shelf Life for November
    6. New job posting
    7. Updated Citizenship Test
  • Menu/navigation/link change
    1. New redirection link for TPL e-news
    2. Updated What’s New section (removed Eleanor Wachtel’s spotlight and added Give Joy)
    3. New redirect link to Canada Reads page
    4. Added widget-style static section to promote TPLF seasonal fundraising campaign
    5. Added redirection link for ESL children section
    6. Removed Biography – New Titles from left-side navigation menu
    7. Added logic to More Recommended Websites widget so that the widget is only displayed on search results page returned from site-wide search box

Let me know if you think other items should be included in the public release notes (assumeing we are publishing it now).
