Welcome to the start of another wonderful new year!  Want to get healthy after all that holiday stress and indulgence? This is a perfect time to relax, renew and reflect and make some lifestyle changes for the year ahead.

Mondays, starting on January 23rd, Agincourt Branch will host a series of Meditation workshops, featuring instructors from Meditation Toronto.  Learn some basic exercises and meditation techniques to help make your worries melt away.  If possible, bring a Yoga mat to the session, but if you don't have one, a towel or small blanket will do.  Wear loose clothing and remember, don't eat a large meal just before the session!

The sessions will run every Monday for four sessions: Jan. 23rd and 30th, Feb. 7th and 14th at 6:30-7:30 in our meeting room.
