The Night Joe Dolan's Car Broke Down

It's an intense St. Stephen's night in the tiny Glenaduff pub run by Barney. Young Jane and her pals are throwing a birthday party, at her insistence, for Horse Munley, an older bar regular. Not so settled married couple, PJ and Angela, are trying to have fun. And Steve, the one-man-band, is trying to get coverage because his wife's about to go into labour. Secrets and underlying tensions wait to explode. This comedy with an eerie twist. 

The cast ranges in age from early 20's to 50's. 

Three women (two 20s; one 40's), nine men.  

The production will run February 16th to March 4th, 2017 at The Alumnae Theatre, 70 Berkeley Street, Toronto

Rehearsing from early December @ Kimbourne Park United Church, Danforth and Coxwell

Toronto Irish Players are a community theatre company and this is a volunteer position, with no honorarium.
