So how do I minimize my risks and maintain good oral health? Here are some tips:

  • Brush AND floss your teeth daily
  • See a dental professional regularly
  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Do not smoke
  • Pay particular attention to oral health during pregnancy
  • Brush your children's teeth until they can write their name

  2. Living a healthy lifestyle is what we all want, right? A healthy set of teeth is an additional point in boosting confidence of a person. Normally when we have healthy teeth, we cannot easily feel any pain caused by biting solid food like candies or eating ice cream. Overall, it can be better if we visit our dentist regularly to prevent any dental problems, and be aware of the do’s and don’ts about our oral health advised by dental experts.
