Holidays can be a major source of stress. Whether it's decorating the house, stuffing the holiday turkey, finding that last minute gift for Auntie Edna or little Billy, these otherwise joyful activities can stress us unduly. So what can we do about it?  Here are some tips to help us put the joy back into the holidays. And remember… nobody is perfect, so holidays don't have to be perfect!

Plan ahead and learn to say  NO

When stressed, validate your feelings 

Reach out, it's ok to ask for help!

Don't abandon healthy habits

Make ME time for yourself!
