I love Jenny Lawson and wholeheartedly recommend her first book Let’s Pretend this Never Happened. Beyond writing really funny books about her own issues, she’s created a supportive and compassionate online community where everyone can share their experiences–on good days and bad ones.

How else can’this be viewed if can’t get to the session? Will it be on DVD?
Thanks for your recommendation M. I have put it on my ‘to read’ list.
Mary, I hope you will be able to make the screening, as this film is not part of the Toronto Public Library’s collection. It can be rented from the National Film Board (https://www.nfb.ca/film/out_of_mind_out_of_sight/) You may also be interested to know that the University of Toronto is having Mindfest (http://www.psychiatry.utoronto.ca/mindfest/) on October 7 although this film isn’t in their line up.
