Today is my last day as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence and before I close up shop, I have one short final assignment for you, our aspiring and new entrepreneurs and readers. 

In 20 minutes or less, quickly jot down a Wish List of your Top 10 Mentors and why.

My Top 10 Mentors 

(not in any particular order of importance)

1.  Barnett Newman

3.  Tim Hetherington 1970 – 2011

Photojournalist, British

To capture brilliantly on camera truth and humanity

 

4.  Sheryl Sandberg

COO, Facebook – American

To encourage women to lead and succeed

 

5. Mellissa Fung

CBC TV Journalist – Canada

To possess the courage to survive hardship

 

6.  Hayao Miyazaki

Film director, animator, screenwriter, artist – Japanese

To see wonder in the world always

 

7.  Julia Child 1912 – 2004

Chef, Author, TV personality – American

To pursue the joy of food passionately

 

8.  The Dalai Lama
