Summer Job Fairs, CNE in Toronto
Still need a temporary job? Interested in working at the Ex? There are two job fairs in June for work at this year's Exhibition.
Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 10 am to 1 pm and Friday. June 26 from 10 am to 1 pm
Location: Both job fairs take place at Exhibition Place in the Food Building (Enter via East Side).
Both the GO Train and the TTC stop in front of the Food Building.
The minimum age for these jobs is 14 years old. The CNE runs from mid-August until September 1st.
Returning employees:
Those who have worked for the CNE before have priority. The deadline for returning employees to apply for jobs is Friday June 19th. If you manage to get in this year through the job fairs, you may be able to set up for an ongoing gig!
Other jobs:
Rides or Games staff are not employed by the CNE, they are hired and paid by North American Midway Entertainment. Concession stand staff are also third party and are hired by each company privately.
