Exercise three times a week. Eat more vegetables. Go for a walk every night after dinner. The beginning of a new year brings an atmosphere of starting over, making changes and second chances, but this doesn't have to be limited to just your health and personal life. Jump-starting your year with career resolutions is a great way to keep you focused and to get you in the right mental state to keep pushing yourself and your career forward. 2. I will make a conscious effort to network more.

3. I will seek out a mentor.

4. I will update my resume.

5. I will look for a new job.
