The brutal cold of this winter has had me housebound, which in turn has led me to noticing all the things around my house that need fixing. Architectural technologist Gabriele Guidici will discuss when a permit is required, the application process, and the roles of the zoning by-laws, the Building Code and the Committee of Adjustment in the permit process.
