The Toronto Reference Library is offering workshops on the use of electronic periodical publications, or as they are often referred to: "databases." What, you may ask, are "databases"? Put simply, these are publications grouped together by the thousands, under one title. Canadian Periodicals Index Quarterly, for example, is one, and a good source for Canadian content.

Classes are offered this fall on the following Wednesdays: September 14, October 26 and November 16, at 10:00 AM

Classes last an hour-and-a-half and they are free. But you must register by phoning the User Education Department at 416-393-7209.
