Today's featured agency is Mid-Toronto Community Services Inc. , "a not-for-profit organization that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of seniors and adults living with disabilities or illness by providing programs and services to promote healthy and independent living." The charitable agency was incorporated in 1965 and works with adults and senior citizens dealing with many issues including HIV/AIDS, depression, cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer's disease. 

The agency aims "to help seniors and disabled or ill adults in our community to remain in their homes and live healthy, dignified and independent lives." Services include Meals-On-Wheels, various day programs, counselling, respite care and transportation.
