  1. This is so intriguing and so true. I for one really would love to be healthy and on a proper diet. I once tried a diet of no junk food as my first and last diet. I didn’t last a week.

  2. The only diet one needs to cure obesity is no junk food and exercise. Its as simple as that. If you try to burn fat by not eating, biologically the minute you get off your diet your body will put on twice the weight you lost because it thinks it needs to store food for the next “famine”

  3. I loved the video. It really captured my attention and to be honest I was a little shocked too. Definitely getting on board with a healthier life style. I get a lot of exercise through dance but then I don’t have good eating habits, it’s more of eat what I want. Totally changing that!
