ADDY! Congratulations for telling us about how sad you thought The Outsiders by S. E. Hinton is.

The Outsiders by: S.E Hinton. This was definately one of the saddest books I ever read. All throughout the book; Johnny Cade lived with an abusive family and no one to love him, other tha his friends or "gang", and would sometimes wish he was dead. He died saving children from a fire and explained to Ponyboy, that "He didn't want to die anymore."
