Holiday Closure and Website Status – Thanksgiving Weekend 2017
Branches closed Sunday and Monday
All library branches will be closed on Sunday, October 8 and Monday, October 9 for Thanksgiving. More information about holiday hours.
Website maintenance on Monday
The website and other online library services will be available throughout the weekend. However, due to scheduled maintenance, you may experience some disruptions on Monday, October 9 between 2:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.:
- Copies and availability information for books and other library materials will be intermittently unavailable.
- Searching in the old catalogue will not be working.
Other website issues
We have been experiencing some intermittent technical difficulties with website sign-in. Some users have reported the following issues:
- “Stay signed in” not working
- Web browser not remembering the library card number
- Error message (“card number and PIN don’t match”) when card number and PIN were entered correctly
We’re investigating these issues and hope to have them resolved soon.
